    Ordered a suit. The good returns policy convinced me to give them a go.

      I've ordered a number of times from the mens shop … never had a problem up until my latest order. Returned a suit, but it seems to have gotten lost in the processing system or something.

      Even with the 'as yet unresolved' problem, I would still shop with them over any other retailer as they have good prices, good customer service, good return policies etc etc

      Overall, a great company and I think other retailers should be learning from them.

        So if the suit or shirt doesn't fit correctly, one can return it for the correct size to be shipped at no charge both ways?

          Hi Dissin this is correct. Our return process delivery is charged onto our account. Too good to be true hey, but it is :-)
