Just 26 cents for an Aussie themed stubby holder. A few types available including Aussie flag design and the boxing kangaroo.
No doubt made in China but they seem like reasonable quality. Should last the day out. If they don't perform well with cooling they should at least keep the condensation off your your hands.
Not sure if available at other Targets. Was around 100 left after I bought my 24.
