  • Booking award flight in Y is really a waste of those points.

    • agree, nice try Alan Joyce;)

    • In Y?

      • Y = economy class.

    • and what isn't?

  • Yeah, I am new to QFF points and can not understand any of this.

We are only Bronze level, and have just received 100,000 points that were transfered from a relative.

What is/are QANTAS Internationsl Classic Award?

  • +1

ok so when you book a flight with your points you do not normally earn points on this flight.
So this offer will earn you points as thought you have paid for the flight with your own $$$

For ex. A flight to europe will cost you 128,000 points plus $900 odd in taxes will now earn you 24000 points.
So In real terms depending on how you use these points they are worth between 0.3 to 1.3 cents each so between $72 to $312 for this example.
