My friend paid $10 at the start of the year, and I think an extra $20 in October/November 2013 for the "summer 7 day delivery" offer. I just got them to check their credit card statement. Sorry for the earlier post in error.
Well I paid $10 for weekday collection + weekend delivery + digital access and then later in the year they offered the $20 summer subscription (which I also took).
