I have yet to see a CFL downlight give off the same colour light as a halogen. They are either a dirty warm look or a clinical blue.
Which one do you have that gives a halogen look?
Correct you can get cfl globes that are classed as either warm white, day light white or cool white. You have more options with cfl. Daylight white is close to the same colour light as a halogen globe.
Can I conform if the minke satin chrome for 2.99 comes with the globe and can you also tell me what size is the globe? Is it readily available from hardware eg. Bunnings or will I be needing to go to specialist lighting shops for replacements?
The minka does not come with the globe and takes a max 15W CFL E27 globe. These globes can be found at bunnings or even supermarkets like woolworths.
Does it come with do or being cgl are they Ac?
A bit confused as you website suggests that glodes are Included on some items???
So maybe you are just selling "housings" here on ozbargain and not downlights.
