Wouldn't be putting a decent bike on one of these cheapie trainers but I imagine they'd be fine if you've got a spare training bike.

    Nothing. Use the spare pin and the worst that could happen would be some tire wear. (Although, if you have the money to drop on a decent bike, a $300 branded mag trainer won't bother you)
