Saw this while searching around for a nappy disposal unit. Seem to be reasonably price considering the refill cost about $10 each. Apparently the new Plus+ version lock away the smell better then the previous version which attract a lot of unfavourable review. I think Baby Bunting and Big W still selling the older version.
How many is in one refill?
Its a tube, so you cant really count how many bags. base on all the reviews I've read, they said it can wrap about 120 nappies (depends on the size of the nappies).

it's not a bag, the refill is one(1x) tube/cassette
Each cartridge has lasted about 2 weeks for our newborn. Bin needs to be emptied every 5 days or so. It is small but the lid compresses the contents.

A good system but I believe the refills are quite expensive? We ended up with a Munchkin Nappy Disposal System instead because refills (bought from the UK) were cheaper.

We got one of the newer model recently for our new born and it is great. $75 from buntings including 6 cartridges. We got additional 6 packs of cartridges at Big W for $40 each using the $10 off code pre Christmas. That was the best local price for refills I've seen.
Big W has the 6x cartridge pack for $60 as their normal price, the cheapest unless someone has a special. Toys R Us just had a special, 4x for $35. Sometimes have picked up a new bin set on special with 4 or 6 cartridges from Baby Bunting, worked out to be about $7.50/cartridge, so have a few spare bins floating around.
Surprised that there aren't knock-off cartridges floating around on Ebay, have done some searching & came up with nothing. Since the cartridge just contains a long plastic tube sheet (ie. not joined/perforated plastic bags), have wondered if it is possible to source them & stick it into the cartridge. Would be so much cheaper.
Thanks bought 1. They are also selling 6 x Cartridges + Sangenic Hygiene Plus+ for $60. Not a bad deal at all. That makes the cartridges cheapest as compare to Big W pack of 6 cartridges only for $60.

Got mine from oo today, very happy with it.I'm thinking of buying the one you posted from bigw so I can have more refills and put the second bin in the living area downstairs. Is bigw's deal the old model?
