    I have the 35mm version and loathe it. I can't wait to swap it for a 50mm. But I don't really want to invest anything more in the NEX ecosystem seeing as NEX FF is out. So I'll probably skip it :-(

      What's wrong with it? I thought it is supposed to be a more versatile version of SEL50F18.

        Yes I thought it had great reviews, and 35mm seems more usable than 50mm.

      Just because NEX has FF doesn't mean NEX APS-C is dead. They aren't exactly comparable either because FF NEX including lenses is still noticeably more bigger and expensive.
