Important Notes:
1. You should uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.75 first and reboot prior to installing the 2.0 beta if running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO or the free Trial. You do not need to run mbam-clean.exe.
2. English is the only language available at this time. Additional languages will be available for release.
3. The current beta build cannot function under limited user accounts and results in constant high CPU usage. A solution is currently in the works but for now it is recommended that you only run MBAM 2.0 beta under administrative user accounts.
4. The current beta will not update through a proxy even if configured to do so via Update Settings
I see that they will be changing to a US$24.95 per year license, rather than the current lifetime fee.
I'm a computer tech - This is really an excellent second level of security software which I urge everyone to have as well as their usual security suite. If you buy the lifetime license now they they are saying they will honour it in future versions, so get it now while you still can. You can install and run it in 'non active' mode which does not interfere with your primary security software. Good to run every month or so (depends how much you use your computer and how fussy you are) to catch things your main one misses.
