Or you could get it from Supps R Us - http://www.suppsrus.com.au/protein/319-muscle-pharm-combat-p… It's a smaller 4lb tub but you can use a coupon code of "ebay" and get a further 5% off.

Plenty more flavors than just Cookies & Cream

what for around 510grams of protein??? vs the tub which is 1786

Protein powder should never be used as a meal replacement if your trying to gain, but on top up to your regular meals.

      • Just a quick question, can any of you guys tell me how much protein from the diet you think that the human body can metabolise as amino acids, or can utilise for proteostasis and/or hypertrophy?

Per meal or per day, doesn't matter, just a rough figure would be nice… :)

        • Nobody??? Not even a little bro-science?

      • Most of your protein should come from nutritious food. If you are not getting enough, then you are not eating the rights things.

        Real food > supplements

Save your cash and spend it on your loved ones.

I love mixing chicken fillets with milk when i wake up in the morning :)

  • I've tried this product in vanilla and cookies/cream, bought 8kg worth from the US when it was free shipping. They are both intensely sweet, and I liken it to adding 4+ teaspoons of sugar to a cup of tea. Sweeter than coke. It's ridiculous. It is artificially sweetened though so no problems with diabetes etc, but I found the sweetness to be almost unbearable.

  • I feed my car petrol because it is not human. Lonely people go on detox diets because the believe in the metaphor of cars and mechanical acts like oil changes.

  • Is this a limited time offer at Costco, or just the everyday price now at Costco?

  • Umm there's no other way to tell you guys this…… But Just plain protein powder will do…. There's no need for fancy protein and all its fancy ingredient. You only need protein, carbs, and fats. That is all.

What's the "non-combat" version priced at?

  • I wanted something 'non milk based' and found this veg option blended in NSW http://richinhealth.com.au/protein-powder
Just started trying it today and mixed the Vanilla one with water - tastes fine. (thought it may be gluggy but it mixes well).

Anybody know whether the veg options (soy, pea etc) have lesser gain than the whey stuff?
It says 75% protein on the pack.
