    Good to see you've been taken in by the street myths. Soy contains isoflavones which are categorised as phytoestrogens but are not the same as estrogens.

    Actually you'll find when you read the label it says Soy Protein. The Aldi one is the one that says Soy Isolate Protein. This is same protein powder found in health food stores. Soy protein is also added to lots of processed food. Packet soy milk is definitely a processed product, no matter what it says on the label. If this bothers you, you should just ignore this deal and make your own soy milk from beans.

        Given that it states 14%, it probably goes through the same processing as the other products, i.e. getting ground up, mashed, etc. before arriving at the same ballpark figure of 3.5-4% protein. The organic probably means no insecticides. We've gone through this before in that thread. But go ahead and buy what you like.
