$5 off Any Beer Slab with Coupon @ Liquorland - Valid from 14/2 to 15/2 (Max 6 Slabs Per Coupon)

320

Limit of one coupon per customer. Limit 6 slabs per coupon. Slabs are considered equal or more than 20 bottles or cans.

This coupon appears in today's Melbourne Herald Sun. It also appears in all other interstate News Corp newspapers. I would imagine a print out is all they need so that the barcode can be scanned.

Also works with their 2 for $80 specials. For example 2 slabs of VB bottles or cans (24 x 375mL) comes to 2 for $70.

    Any bargains? Liquorland prices are normally more than $5 more…

    • No idea sorry. Do they have a price match policy?

      • +1

        They would go out of business if they had such a policy.

    • They're price matching Tooheys Extra Dry to Dans in Vic, and Hahn SuperDry everywhere else.

      • It says 'no further discounts apply', so they would not price match and give you $5 off…

        • Wrong. They had Hahn SuperDry for $38, I asked if I could use this and it was fine. It came to $33.

    Shelf prices are way too high to consider this as a deal!

    Roses are red, violets are blue
    A slab of beer costs less than dinner for two.

    • I've got a tear in my eye, man… allergies or summut :_(

    • A slab of beer costs less than dinner for two.

      Not at Maccas…

  • It might not be able to get that deal with mutil slab offee, e.g. 2 x VB for $85. Or one for 50. They will not sell 2 slab for $85-$5×2=$75. Instead, it will be ($50-5)×2=$90, which is more expensive than one without the coupon.

    • It's $5 per carton

      • "It's $5 per carton"

        Exactly, if $85 for 2 cartons, should this coupon gave $10 discount , i.e. $85-$5×2=$75 ?

        If $50 per cartons, then 2 cartons with $5 discount per carton, should it be ($50-5)×2=$90 ?

    According to Compare-a-tron the current specials are:
    VB Bottles 24 x 375ml 2 for $80
    XXXX Gold Cans 30 x 375ml 2 for $80
    Hahn Super Dry 3.5 Bottles 24 x 330ml 2 for $80

    The coupon does not say 'not valid with any other offer' so worth a shot.

    • It does said "No further discount apply"

      But "unity1" just said it work for 2 x VB.

      • As I mentioned I rang my local store and he scanned 2 VBs then the coupon. 2 for $70. So this should work at all stores. Just ring your local store and confirm before going down.

  • When these mutts had shopper dockets for $5 off a carton of beer a month back they would not accept them off a single carton if that carton was on special. They claimed that being on special constituted an offer.

    Rang my local LL and asked if the coupon would apply to the VB 2 for $80 specials. He scanned this in the system then applied the coupon. End result 2 for $70.

    They have a catalogue this week on their website.. the coupon is $5 on every carton. Check it out:
    https://www.liquorland.com.au/lle2e/Pages/catalogue.aspx

    Best deals that I can see (with the discount)for VIC are:
    * Toohey's Extra Dry is $29 in VIC..
    * VB @ 2-$70 - $35 each
    * Budweiser/Stella/Coopers Pale - $40
    * XXXX gold blocks 2-$70
    * boags draught - 2-$70
    * Henninger German beer (tastes similar to Becks, but it is imported rather than brewed here) here is 2-$55. I think i might just fill up my kiddy pool and bathe in it at that price.

    they are probably similar in other states but perhaps check the catalogue to be sure. not all of those were in the catalogue, but were all in the store i went into (point cook).

    I'm pretty sure they have hahn superdry at about $34 in most of the country, but unfortunately i can't get that in Melbourne.

    • Nice name and fantastic work Al Kaholic. Welcome to Ozbargain.
