  • A quick glance at the first two model numbers told me there'd be something reasonably sized but apparently not, the smallest fridge on offer here is 567 litres…

  • great timing OP - fridge is in its final stages now.

plenty of time to haggle etc.

    • What do you mean? I am also looking to buy a fridge soon.

  • I'm also in the market for a new fridge but just can't find anything with plumbed water with a width of less than 86 cm…(and freezer down the bottom for a good price…)

Well the Fisher and paykel Model e522brxfdu seemed to fit the bill but most places don't stock it and the ones that do are too close to rrp…. Clarence its been about 15 hinge…

So long story… Anything similar to this…

    • +1

fisher paykel have 3 different ones actually - the e522 (standard bottom mount), the rf522w (bottom drawer) and the rf522a (french door). All the same widths. Let me know if you are keen and I will get a price for you (I work at one of the HN stores).

      • Ohhh extremely keen, are you in Melbourne?

plumbed in, ice maker, freezer down the bottom - don't care if its French door or not - as long as the freezer is down the bottom… sick of our French door side by side…

  • Thease are no cheap ones, the last 2 are costing above 3K

    Company: LG
    Product: The side-by-side GC-L197NFS Refrigerator
Background information: This side-by-side refrigerator consumes far more electricity than its energy star label states which the company claimed was a mistake. However LG’s fridge has landed them in hot water with the ACCC after CHOICE blew the whistle. LG have form for getting their stars mixed up in the past both washing machines and air conditioners have had their energy efficiencies overstated.
