30

After the $1699AUD JH Audio Roxanne FIRESALE (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/134326) that we had last week, we've opted this week for a more…'affordable' solution. With just 1 driver per ear, we're offering 25% off UM Pro 10's. We have just three left in stock, so it's first in best dressed. RRP is $175 including postage.

We've also got four sets of UM Pro 30's. Westone's triple driver universal which we'll do at 30% off just for these four.

For the sake of comparison, the Westones work out to be $175 per driver, whilst the JH Roxanne $145 per driver. #justsayin

Also this month at Acustoms we are giving away a Westone UM 20 Pro, more details here - http://acustoms.com.au/home/westone-um-pro-20-giveaway/

Hey OP… wondering how many took up last weeks JH Audio Roxanne sale?

I certainly dreamt about it and woke up in cold sweats!

  • I want popcorn now.

    • don't think you will get much of a show when its a pair of Westone IEMs for ~$130.

  • Nice to see some quality headphones at a decent price. Do you do reshelling at all? I have some TF10s that need a touchup as the casing has cracked.

    • Unique Melody reshells, we do indeed. TF10, one of the more popular and worthwhile reshells. You can even upgrade with additional drivers.

      http://acustoms.com.au/home/re-shell-by-unique-melody/

      • I feel like these have gone up in price hugely in recent times.
Is it really worth $300 + cost of impressions for a re-shell of IEMs I bought for $170?

EDIT: To elaborate on this post TF10 re-shells by UM were only $200 a couple of years ago. what happened?

        • The reshells have gone up in price earlier this year. This is due to UM upping their international prices from $169USD (we were getting them out at $220AUD). Their international price is now at $249USD (so we have had to adjust our price accordingly) and still by far the best quality and construction of an IEM reshelling service out there.

Reshell $300 + $170 for the IEM = $470 still a good price for a 3driver Custom IEM. I think you may find it difficult for great sounding IEM plus workmanship at that price for a 3 driver Custom IEM.

  • Hmmm not sure $430 AUD after the 30% off is a great price for the UM Pro 30's?

That means the normal price is $615 AUD which is kinda rich for something that has a RRP of $399 USD from Westone themselves.

Would love a pair, would love to buy them locally, but not going to pay Australia tax.

Isn't that before the discount? (the $430)

    • +1

RRP $430. Going out the door for $301.

      • Oh ok, my apologies then.

Filled in the order form online.

  • Is it an Australian company or import? I'm quite interested on Westone 4R to replace my SHure SE530. 30% is only for Westone UM Pro 30?

    • Hi there,

Westone are based in Denver, CO. We are an official Westone dealer here in Aus. Warranties are no problems.

Yes, the sale was only on the UM10 and UM30.

If you are interested in the Westone 4R, flick us an email at [email protected] and we can help you out.

      Thanks
