  When i download it and extract it….it just comes up as DMG file, suggestions?

    DMG is a mac extension, are you using windows?

  Worth noting that you have to activate before April.

  I downloaded their pro version when they had a giveaway at Christmas, but forgot to activate it and now can't use it.

  "Note: 1) No free upgrades to future versions for giveaway product; 2) Please activate it before April 17, 2014."
