  Also use a disposable email address when you register. A few years back I made the mistake of using a work email address. Years later, that account is still receiving a bit of marketing spam.

    and the Oz CeBIT it is worth about as much as they pay :lol:

    sucks that it moved to SOP…. half the attraction of cebit (besides free pens) was lunch at DH

      agreed, now that it's @SOP it's probably not worth going for me, why did they move, lack of space? it seems every year there are less exhibitors/smaller stalls/less worthwhile freebies etc

        Does this have anything to do with Packer Jr & that new casino being built at Barangaroo to 're-liven' up the area?

        Might move back after its redeveloped (highly doubt it)?

        So does that mean all past conventions/expos held at DH will be at SOP from now on?

        There is an interim exhibition facility at Glebe Island but it is a logistical nightmare so quite a few of the bigger events have moved to SOP instead until SCEC is renovated.
