    I have a similar halogen spotlight which I modified by swapping the halogen bulb for a 35W HID bulb and ballast. There was enough space in mine for it to fit.

    DON'T BOTHER! These are AWFUL lights. I bought one from Jaycar for $25 and left it to charge for 24 hours - I got 11 minutes of torch light from it. THAT'S IT.

    They look great and sounds like a good deal but they are cheaply made, poor capacity batteries and not even worth $5 as they only function long enough for you to find another good torch in the dark….
