Call in on the day itself to your local OW branch to confirm and get the rep's name before you go in. It's worked for me 100% of the time. They do stick to the 11-12 period as well though, so act fast!

Why can we not order online at 11am AEDT? I can understand not being able to go into the store to buy at that time since most dont seem to open until 9am local time when it ends online. It is no issue ordering online now for store pickup. Last time I received an email a couple of minutes after store opening time that they were ready for collection.
The instructions are confusing: "BUY 1, GET 1 AS A BONUS!" versus "Add 2x $20 iTunes Cards to your shopping cart and get the 2nd card as a Bonus!"
The first implies that by placing 1 card in the Cart, and the bonus card will be added, the latter implies I need to put 2 cards into the Cart and the price for the second won't be added. Harvey, why do you this?

Last time I bought for pickup only putting one in the cart and it worked. At the moment adding 2 to your cart comes to $40. Wait until after 11.00am, see if it stays the same. If it does, just order 1. Your confirmation should show it's the B1G1F version of the card if there are any problems.
I think it is quite clear. Add 2 cards to the cart and you will only be charged for 1. Remember this will only work between 11am-12pm AEDST. But this is HN so who knows, anything can happen.

I rushed to another store in the last minutes and they sold me 2 app store $20 card instead of the iTune card, they seemed sneaky, only the manager knows the deal and they were hiding a box of something (I suppose that's the reason why it shows out of stock online for pick-up from a lot of stores. I overheard the manager saying to the staff that if they put out, they would have hundreds coming to buy. I guess they just want to get some online traffic.
