  • Tempting, but I have patience to wait for more….

    • or less $

Nokia 1320 price is not cheap. You can get them around $350 elsewhere.

    • +3

you mean grey import for around $350 + shipping => almost the same price + 'pain' (shipping time, hassles about warranty, etc). trust me, AU stock is always better if not exceed $50, but in this case, much less than that

    • Kogan has it now for $369 + shipping, you can tell which is the right choice ;) http://www.kogan.com/au/buy/nokia-lumia-1320-rm944-4g-lte-wh…

      • Yellow was as low as $329 earlier in the week, but for $398 and local stock, this is a better deal.

        • +1

that's true and i still cant understand why people would like to save just a bit and have to worry more, especially smartphones, they play up unexpectedly, even Apple iPhones

  • +4

Just realise, the LG G2 16GB and 32GB are both come with bonus $50 Harvey Norman Gift Card

LG G2 32GB is $567 at DSE with a free flip case:
    http://www.dicksmith.com.au/unlocked-smart-phones/lg-g2-unlo…

I'd rather buy it from DSE just so I don't have to support Harvey and his annoying shouty ads.

lG G2 comes with flip case by default

    • Dicksmith doesnt have Black Colour

  • So can you use the gift card on the phone while purchasing?

    • Unless u buy a second phone with gift card,u can get the iTunes cards then reselling for cash ;)

    • Technically you can. You can buy one first, then use the gift card to buy the second one. Go home and return the first one unopened next day :) but in afraid not coz they would ask the gift card back, would they?

  • Good deal but the LG G3 is coming soon so we should see more discounts on the G2.

    • Exactly,,I would wait until it drops below $400.

    • +2

you two can wait, we can play now :)

  • I got the 16GB LG G2 for $518 around 10:45 then use the $50 gift card to get 4 of the $20 iTunes cards ($80 value in total) and now have $10 rest in gift card :) (I go with my partner coz they limit one per customer means 2 ppl get 4)

    • The inherent contradiction around buying an android phone then buying iTunes gift cards?

      • +1

Why not, have a phone with decent price and 80 buck worth of iTunes cards which can be used as gifts or reselling for cash ;)

  • Any idea how long these prices will last for?

JB is selling the 32GB G2 for $510 if you ask for a discount…

    • What a pity i dont havr jbhifi near by

    • +1

Can you tell me which JB you got to quote $510 ?

      • +2

holesglen. apparently rouse hill in nsw also…

        • $545 the best I get from Hornsby shop for 32Gb

        • Thanks you! I got one from Rouse Hill for 510 today.

LG G Flex should really be full Hd for that price.

    • +2

it's still awesome because it's OLED tech, you gotta play with a demo and feel it, there is not much difference in between a HD and FullHD on a smartphone screen under 7" though

  • You are all sounding a bit brainwashed about "GREY" imports. I know a lot of people that have bought grey's and had no troubles, in particular with warranties, trust me they are fine. In fact I have had a lot of trouble with camera warranties off Harvey's so that's talking from experience.

    • Not a large sample size, but my brother has bought 2 grey imports and had problems with both, and the hassle he has had to endure on the way to having working phones is unbelievable.

Mind you I had a Huawei honor and I had to return it three times for a replacement, but it took them 6 months to get the replacement to me, so much for the present I was giving someone, not to mention the hours off my life. They did eventually replace it with a p6, small consolation for the hours wasted though.

    • I'd rather pay $10-20 extra to be able to walk into a brick and mortar chain which is accessible all over Australia, then to deal with shipping/dodgy sellers.

I know a few people who's smoked all their lives and haven't got lung cancer too….
