you should keep your 3500 and spend it on a website.

FYI for anyone thinking of taking advantage of this offer - the way this company will make it's money is from commission from the developer when you buy an investment property through them. They then pass on a small portion of this commission as a referral or "thank you" fee to you.

The issue is that if the money is being rebated to you, the property was never worth that much in the first place in the eyes of the banks. Typically when you buy a property this way, your bank valuation will come in short and often by the amount of commission being paid to the marketing company.

I believe that is enough to justify a negative vote under the "defective product" voting guidelines.

    • developers will hard sell you
agents also give you a free appraisal
      a valuation is not cheap

  • Are they the ONLY company offering this service?

Are there any others? Anyone know?

    • I highly doubt they are the only ones offering this service…

Was from a quick Google search… They MAY however, be the only one that can offer you investment property advice, telemarketing services and jewelery all in one convenient spot that you can even use Bartercard to pay with (also from a Google search).

OP, if you want online business you need an online presence.

Yahoo email and no website, or domain, or hosting package for email, or street address for your business, or even a land line phone number, doesnt scream "come do business with us".

And linking to a low quality jpg for the deal isnt professional either.

But what is most concerning about this deal, is that an ASIC company check (public records) using your quoted ABN notes that while you first obtained ABN status in 2000, there hasnt been an annual return lodged since 2003….. 11 years ago.

The company was first registered in 1976, and conducted regular returns from 1991 to 2003, but then thats it.

    And that is most concerning.
Even a business not trading has to lodge an annual return.

I cant give you a neg (even though I believe this constitutes "a major issue with a retailer"), because it looks as though the moderators are clamping down on previous posts in here, but I strongly advice anyone interested in your offer to conduct further checks before handing over any personal information. And I'd rather people see my post as is, than be hidden because of a neg vote not deemed appropriate.

I'd be happy for an explanation from you here addressing my concerns (as I'm sure these are the same concerns previous posters have had, but havent explained themselves accordingly within the rules), but there are too many uncertainties with your offer to take it as credible at present.
