Kambrook Soup Maker (KBL600) for $69 @ Target

60

Kambrook's 1.6L Soup Maker with blending function allows you to enjoy creamy smooth soup or a more traditional chunky soup. The smooth setting ensures that the ingredients are blended to the right consistency, and gently cooked at the correct temperature. The chunky setting ensures the ingredients are heated for longer so they are fully cooked.

And if you are a chinese like me, you can use this to make soy milk drink, too.

Free delivery if purchase more than $75.

  • You can use a good-ol fashioned rice cooker and blender to achieve the same purpose.

    • Or a pot and a hand mixer….

Though this does make pretty awesome pumpkin soup in a jiffy.

I've got one of these and they are actually very easy to use and clean and produce good results. The point is not about how else you can achieve the same result but how easy this is. Just toss in your ingredients and water, set the smooth or chunky option and it will make you a decent soup without any further intervention in around 22 minutes.

Perfect for a late night snack or easy lunch.

Can you please check if this machine has a serial number?

Looks like its a good deal. Its $31 cheaper than other retailers and $100 cheaper than the Philips Viva Collection Soy milk maker.

      • When to store at 6pm and found 5 units sitting on the shelf. The machine has no serial number which means I can't get extra years of warranty from my credit card. The cutting blade seem small and unit is quite heavy. It's above 1kg. So I end up walk out the store empty-handed.

I wasn't aware there were nationality restrictions on who can drink soy milk…

    • Not drink, make.

    What a bizarre comment lol.

  • It's not that bizarre. How many non-chinese people do you know that would be interested in making their own soy milk drinks?

    • I know more white people that make their own soy milk (and almond milks) than I know Chinese people that make their own. I'm half Chinese, too.

Think of all the 'hippy', all-natural and organic/DIY food type of peeps (for lack of a better description lol). Maybe I know too many hippies…

You've never been to Byron Bay, have you ?
