    Pay no Booking and Service Fees when you pay for your Jetstar flights online with the Jetstar Platinum MasterCard.

    There are no Jetstar Booking and Service Fees applicable for flights when you use a Jetstar MasterCard on Jetstar.com or through Jetstar Telephone reservations. All other booking channels, including bookings made through third parties and bookings not including a flight, may incur a Booking and Service Fee.

    A family of four can save $30 on every return domestic flight and $30 - $40 on every return international flight, compared to paying with other credit cards.

  Just be aware:

  Travel must be booked within 3 months from the date your Jetstar flight voucher is issued and travel must be commenced and completed within 6 months from the date your Jetstar flight voucher is issued.

  If you are applying for this to get voucher, make sure you are definitely planning to book a flight within the next 3 months.

    Very true. I have one of these cards, get lots of vouchers, but that booking condition is the worst thing about this card. On the other hand, the points accumulation rate (for the Platinum only) is a generious 2 points/$spend AND the voucher $ can be used on discounts flights.

    Just a point, you can delay the issue date of the bonus voucher by delaying your 1st purchase "You must apply by 31 March 2014, and make a purchase with your Jetstar Platinum MasterCard by 31 May 2014. Your voucher will be emailed to you within 60 days of your first purchase"

  Book within 3 months for up to 6 months in the future is not too bad. Then cancel after 11 months. Don't forget the new rules on your credit history though applying for too many cc.

  Having problems applying (for wife). When I select "retired" or "home duties" on the Employment status drop down menu, it still requires Employer Details and annual salary, and won't process to next page without that.

  Has anyone sucessfully applied online?
