do you have to enter at the time you choose or can it be anytime after that (before 5)?
There is a 1 hour grace period but other than that you have to enter at the specified time. You can leave at any time. I would recommend booking just before you leave home.
From the T&Cs:
A one hour grace period is applied to each of our Book a Bay products, to allow for unforeseen circumstances resulting in you entering or exiting the car park earlier or later than your booked times. Generally the one hour grace period is applied prior to your entry time and again following your exit time, allowing you to enter and exit, one time only, at any time within your booking period.
Book every single hour from 9am. That way you'll be safe.
