I missed out on the deal @ JB Hifi with stock hard to find now. Did a bit of searching and EB has the PS3 versions @ $59 listed on their website, called up my local store and picked up the XBOX360 version today. Regular price $89.59 - $30.59 discount.

Rocksmith is like guitar hero but you plug a real guitar in. Recommend it as a great teaching tool. Don't recommend if you are just looking to play a game.
