Dymatize Elite 2lb Whey + 2 Shakers USD41.27 Delivered ($10 off with Referral) @ Vitacost

21

Price of this has gone down from $28 to just under $25.

Great quality protein (on par with gold standard) and tastes better than gold standard in my opinion.
The shaker bottles are pretty standard, sturdy and leak-free.

Deliver generally takes a week or two and is a flat $10 for orders under 3.4lb

If you like, please use my referral link
We each get $10.

Thanks!

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/OPTIMUM-NUTRITION-100-WHEY-5LBS-C…

$99.99 for 5LBS. Local stock. Had my latest order within 3 days (far North Queensland)

Can't see any bargain here- except you getting 10 bucks for each order……

PS: and the shaker youget here is one of those with extra compartment on the bottom for pills, powder etc….

Not sure if it's really neg worthy comparing it to a completely different brand though?

OP actually compared it to Gold Standard himself, mate….

Go check out Bulk Nutrients, get 5kg of 76%-80% WPC for $99 + shipping, less if you don't mind unflavoured stuff. I don't buy protein anymore but thats who I used to go with. Doesn't taste too bad either.

        • Did not realize that there was an Elite and an Elite XT,sorry.(as I mentioned in a different post, only used one batch )
I stand corrected on this one. But still no real bargain compared to Gold Standard or similar stuff IMO.

what is that stuff good for??Serious….

        From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soy_protein

Soy protein isolate is a highly refined or purified form of soy protein with a minimum protein content of 90% on a moisture-free basis.

Soybean protein is a "complete protein" since it provides all of the essential amino acids for human nutrition.[15][16] Soybean protein is essentially identical to that of other legume pulses (that is to say, legume proteins in general consist of 7S and 11S storage proteins), and is one of the least expensive sources of dietary protein.[17] For this reason, soy is important to many vegetarians and vegans.

"tastes better than gold standard in my protein"

    Hey?

Anyway, serious question - what's so good about this brand? Seems pretty pricy for some whey protein?

Only had Dymatize Elite once. Blueberry Muffin or something like that.
Was sweet as hell and also quite high in carbs if I remember right. Only got because I scored it cheap as on ebay.

    • Fixed. Thanks

I recommend unflavored protein from professionalwhey.com.au
It's cheap and tastes quite nice.

  • Checking their Supplement fact reveal you get 25 g, or 50%, of your %DV (Daily Value).
They only want to charge you 44.61 / 0.907185 =
49.174 a kilogram for this inflated crap.
    I guess that's why I pa(y)id 50 AUD for venom'S'PI got<80 helpings; rather than 18.14.
