Apple Outlet - Refurbished iPad 4 16GB Wi-Fi - $385 Delivered

182

Apple's refurb are usually pretty good, with the same 14 day return and 1 year warranty.

A "new" iPad 4 is 450 from Apple, but $418 (possibly 368 with Amex) from Good Guys. But if you don't have Amex, then this is probably a fair price.

Both black and white available at time of post.

  • Does this comexwithxoriginal box?? Or a no frills box?

    • I think its just a plain white box.

$385 for a refurb from the manufacturer, or $418 for new from a third party without a sale/promotion.

A sub 8% discount on a standard price for a product for getting it second hand, with other active promotions allowing you to get it cheaper brand new…

Sorry but that's not a good deal, no matter how good the marketing behind the product is.

Edit: From what I can see as well, this isn't a sale/discount and is their standard price for a refurb.

    • I agree, standard price for a refurb product.

  • I just bought one of these for my in-laws. Fits the bill perfectly for them.

It is boxed in a new box, marked on the box in professional type as "Refurbished" model.

It has a new battery and new case - no marks at all on this model that I received just yesterday.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. It really was packaged like and did feel a brand new unit.

haha. I bought a refurb retina ipad for my in-laws as well.

  • Not a bad price. But I think I'd rather wait out and get a new one from a 3rd party seller.

  • Not a bad idea buying a refurb, but not a deal as this is the normal price

  • 'New'Ipad, but actually refurbished and not the newest one.

  • It's not a bad deal if you still have one of those $75 gift vouchers from their November sale, and even better if you are going overseas.
