For those with android phones and missed out on the free PrintHand Mobile Pro app via Amazon, or want a slightly updated version, this printing app is free again via google play.
Download and install the linked demo app, then click on 'upgrade/restore' at the bottom of the menu page, and enter 'appoftheday' to activate premium mode.

Unfortunately no. Even you reset your device, you will loose the pro version.
if its rooted.. you can backup and restore with titanium backup. Though your at risk of incompatibilities.
Oh and if your device is NOT rooted.. then you might be able to grab a backup with ADB. However to restore it you will need a rooted device.

My printer is not in its list. How can I install the correct printer driver?
yes, same problem here. I have the IP address and IP name for it but the windows name isn't showing in the list. If you can't even enter the IP address no wonder it's free.
Is it expired? I tried many times and all failed.
I got it OK. Searching for and setting up was easy. But when I printed, the one page doc/pic would make the printer run wild til I pressed cancel. But then, all the pages came out BLANK!
Do anyone have any luck running it?

I am a bit confused.
Its says : Note: PrintHand app is NOT FREE. In order to print real pages, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium Mode by making in-app purchase. We recommend printing test page prior to upgrade.
Even after applying the code, do I have to make In App purchases to make it print?
After applying the code, it should tell you that you've activated Premium Mode.
I think all the in-app purchasing buttons disappear in Premium mode, so you cant give them money even if you wanted to!
