Went to the store last night.
Presented the coupon only to be rejected because apparently you need to print it out in color.
Black and white laser print out isn't good enough.
You need a full color print out.
Doesn't say anywhere in the ad you need color.
Didn't want to argue as they might just spit in my burritos.
Beware: anyone looking at using this, looks like they'll try to find any excuse to get you to pay full price.
Sounds like the same staff as described in my comment above. Seriously Paramatta store…
Ps. I was loitering around there last night too haha (actually redeemed the free Bondi Pizza and couldn't be bothered on Mad Mex).
Pps. It doesn't say in the terms colour is required. I'm going to turn up with my phone and claim it. When they reject me, I'll show them a B/W copy. When they reject that, I'll show a colour copy.
Although this is a good deal, I have noticed the staff at this Parramatta store have really dropped their game. The first few times I went in when it was relatively new, I felt pretty pleased and the staff were friendly and food was nice.
A couple weeks ago I came back and the staff were too busy chatting each other up like a nightclub (music was ridiculously high) and forgot my friend's grande melt… which turned out burnt on the bottom. After asking if they could stamp a new card for us, they said they don't run it anymore… BUT they can give me a new card. I said great and asked what happens now. Their reply was 'oh, we can't do any of the ones you bought today (5 or so total), but next time.' Horrible.
