          Unfortunately jv you're correct the remotes for this unit have been discontinued, the only solution would be to add a receiver upgrade kit and there are quite a few available on eBay…let me know if you'd like some advice on selecting a suitable upgrade kit..

          it's not for me…
          they already got one from ebay a while back. installed it according to the instructions, but it only opens, wont close. they don't want to go through ebay again.

          Yes tomsco we're in luck I got approval, you can leave a 30% deposit. Is it the roller door opener or the panel/tilt door opener that you are after?

          After the tilt door. Is it generally fairly strait forward? I know the other garages in my unit complex have motors on their tilt doors. Will give you a ring tomorrow.

    Had these guys organize replacement remotes for a very, very old B&D roller door recently.
    Very helpful chap on the phone who told me how to open the old remote and read the dip switches so they could program the new unit. The new remotes were sent out the same day by mail. +1 for service.
