Whats with the Kogan version having an octo core and the DS version having a quad core?

DS: Processor: 2.5GHz Quad Core
The Octa is 3G only, the Quad core, which is our one, which has 4G.
Since Kogan sells imports, they sell the 3G model
Kogan's price is expensive, when you consider that DS includes 10% Gst and Kogan doesn't have to add the Gst!
From what I was reading on the customs site, it's 15.5% GST on the item and 10% GST on the postage for items > $1000.
Dont know how long its been like that, it's a poxy way of increasing taxes without actually saying you've increased GST (They call the extra 5% a customs service charge)
