      Guarantee you'll do a 180 after playing it. I had the same reservations but it's about as good as a stealth-action game can be in this day and age.

      Pretty sure their munted website still requires a credit card or paypal associated with your account to "buy" freebies or games with gold or use the money in your Microsoft account :/

      Just grab it on the console itself.

        I doubt its a stuff up, they do a few free decent games each month. I have gotten a few from others shown on Ozbargain.

          It is a stuff up, as it's meant to be 'free for gold', meaning a gold membership is required.
          What makes it a stuff up is that people on silver are able to redeem this.

        I think the issue there was that people were saying they were in regions they weren't (e.g. signing up for a Costa Rican account in Australia).

        This game was available on the Aus store. If they ban people for a mistake they made (we can't "steal" games from the store) then they are a sorry lot indeed.

          If anything they'd just revoke the purchase after reviewing purchases and comparing it to gold subscriptions, but that would involve more time/money than it would be worth to them as most people would not have bought it if it weren't for free anyway.
