Gee that title looks familiar :)

    • So it should.

      • Yes nice and clear, nice one TA !!

  • For those wanting an f1 weekend, the Monday to Monday week works out pretty cheap..

    • through Scoot (which is a more direct flight to SIngapore - for 2 adults it comes to $890 (including meals + 15kgs Checked baggage).

but this is from Gold Coast to Singapore

  • Scoot is only $438 for Syd-Sin but leaving on 13th so not a big saving and no need to spend a couple of hours in transit. With 20kg baggage on each, difference drops to $11.

  • Not that great for Perth.

Scoot is $346 on those dates ex Perth. Direct flights. Tiger is also $395 direct.

In each case you skip the LCCT in go direct to Changi.

  • Not bad fares but not bargains IMO. I tend to keep an eye on Singapore flights and find that this is fairly standard for budget airlines.

Note that AirAsia flies through KL which will turn your 8 hour trip into 10-13 or so when you take into account layovers, but they make a good alternative to Scoot when the arrival time matters.

    • I agree with yaziyo, while these prices are OK they are certainly not bargains.

If you are looking for a good price to Singaproe I would recommend those living in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth to check out Scoot on Tuesday mornings, they usually lower their prices to around $300 return from OOL and SYD and $200 return from Perth.
