      What are you talking about. There are full games on giveaway. XCOM Enemy Unknown is a full game. So is GTA Vice City, GTA3, Supreme Commander, Dungeon Siege III, Star Trek, Cities in Motion 2, etc.

    Rep, on your site's FAQ it says that you phone all new customers to verify the purchase. Is that still happening with these free giveaways? Seems a bit excessive when most don't cost anything at all.

      How do they phone them is it an automated computerised voice phone call to verify a pin number to enter online or an actual person on the phone call. Because if it's a real person on the phone it will take them forever.

      1st the phone verification is not for all new customer, in fact only a small part of customer who purchase large-amount games from us need phone verification.

      2nd free giveaways will not need any verification

        You probably should fix what it says on your FAQ, though:

        What will Gaming Panda do after I placed my order?

        All new customers will be phoned to verify their purchase. The average delivery time is 20 minutes. Existing customers have a much shorter wait.

    And so the COD Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC went out of stock again faster than I could even get to the cart. How disappointing. There was probably like 1 in stock.

        I can confirm out of stock and you're the only one so far who seems to claim to have got a copy of that COD Black Ops 2 Uprising. Maybe you're the one who got the single copy in stock.

      Maybe cause of getting people's hopes up when the shop knowing there was to be extremely low stock to giveaway. Very limited stock wasn't declared in the topic. Of course people will feel disappointed.

      Well it's not exactly a generous and unbiased contest if:
      A) your hardware is not up to the task of handling all these requests.
      B) it's a game of who's got the best internet connection.
      C) there are so few copies of each game being given away.

      At least make it competitive, as in having people answer a question correctly or solving a puzzle; something along those lines.

      And upgrade your damn servers.

        I agree with B and C but A isn't always something that online stores can feasibly handle. Having hardware that deals with huge bursts of traffic that only occur a small percentage of the time is usually extremely cost inefficient.

      Everything was in and out of stock in a matter of seconds starting from about 2.03.

      Dungeon Siege III first, then KoA, Star Trek, Cities in Motion 2, M&M6 at 2.06.

      I was able to get to the order confirmation page with Star Trek, but it just took me back to cart saying out of stock. Then I couldn't check out Cities in Motion 2 because Star Trek was still in cart, in the 1 sec to remove it Cities in Motion 2 was out of stock too.

      Probably only gave away 5 copies of each.

        Adding to cart is fine, but if you have an item already in there that's out of stock, it takes an eternity to get rid of it =.=, which I reckon was the case for pretty much every one of us.

    Just a tip: You need to fill in an address during checkout so you might want to do that in your account's 'address book' before hand.

    …or you can freak out trying to quickly type something during checkout like I did.

    I know I'm going to get hated for this but I managed to get 4 items (GTA: Vice City, Jack Keane 2 - The Fire Within, Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance and Lords of Football). I almost got a 5th (was on the page while it said it was in stock) but I thought I'd already ordered one so I closed the tab instead.
