Apple refurb unit has the same warranty as a new unit. Free delivery buying from Apple. Also the knowledge & service at Apple stores is better than at resellers if you need help later.
I bought an iPad from Target and never have any issues dealing directly at Apple store for any problems i have with my IPad. Except for the free delivery I don't see really any other benefits buying a refurbished to save only $15. If the saving is $50 or more will definitely consider.
