As I inderstand the prome you have to buy it til 30th but then you will have 14 days to submit the request online (and may be even longer offline?)…

How do you know it is not participating? In the Bing lee thread people reported that cashback support guys confirmed OW were part of the program…
I have just called the samsung cashback hotline and they confirmed that Officeworks participates in the promotion, so, fingers crossed, we will get it…
Hmm…why does the person I talk to after dialing the general 1300 officeworks number was so sure they never have participated in cashback before and will never do so in the future?
If you are right, then how do I claim the cashback?Just go to the cash back website and fill in the application. In the list of shops they have "other" option, which you can use for ow.
