While most every LEGO set that I want doesn't have Australian shipping from Amazon, this one does…

Even though it's at the US RRP, it works out just over A$80 cheaper than buying it from the official LEGO online shop, and it isn't included in their current sale.

    It's been this price since day one. Relative to $AU prices its good still, but so is 3/4 of the lego on Amazon.

      At least 3/4 of the LEGO on Amazon (at least that I've encountered) doesn't ship to Australia. I just thought that with this May the 4th stuff approaching some might be interested.

      I won't bother in future. :)

        I appreciated the post!
        I personally am not the kind of person to continually look up and compare prices so if a deal like this shows up on OzBargain I'm more likely to buy it.
        Don't feel disheartened at all by someone else who apparently knows better than the rest of us plebs casually looking into Lego…

      I was joking the fact that the US saves $0.04 and call it a special.

      It has nothing to do with your deal, the price is good compare to what we pay here.

  I am about 6-8 years away from buying every lego deal on sight.

  Just gotta meet someone to help me create a kid and then wait about 5 years so that the risk of them choking to death on a piece is reasonably low.

  seems like Amazon ships the larger sets to Australia….super star destroyer, death star, simpsons…etc
