Put in an order during one of their sales about 4 weeks ago ($1300 order). Heard nothing for the whole 4 weeks until I contacted them yesterday and then without warning or explanation they refunded my entire $1300 order - guess it got too hard for them.
Not a bad gig, I might open an online store that refunds orders after 4 weeks. Think of the interest you can make from suckers that don't follow up orders for 4 weeks! (no offense, knob gobbler)

I buy an item and go to checkout, apply 10%. So far so good.
I log into my account and the 10% goes away. It does that for all items I have tried.
I think it's something to do with my account, I'll try and set up a new account later.
When I log into my account first, buy item and apply coupon code I get the error message, "Coupon code "11MORE" is not valid."
