    • from what I read it is an annual fee.
      I ordered one of the cases with 2,000 bonus points, hope this will stack with the 2,000 points for ordering your first dozen!
      Might be worth noting that another bonus 8,000 points after ordering your fourth dozen..

    • annual fee but generally complimentary renewal if you have made a purchase else use another free membership code :)
