  I have ordered stuff fron big w 2 weeks ago and havent heard anything about they are ready for me to collect in store. Is it just me? Or they usually take longer than this?

    Ordered a click and collect last weekend, got SMS and email on Friday and collected yesterday. No problems here

    29 days for one of my order. After many complaints they said I should have bought it instore because their items are delivered from the warehouse

      well they're using AusPost so that might be the issue. My last order has been sitting at the AusPost depot since Tuesday with no update. It's all of 25k away, you can't expect AusPost to deliver an item 25k in less than 4 days

        Auspost is joke, ordered something from a seller in Sydney took more than 2 weeks to deliver (proof from the post stamp). While something from oversea took same amount of time.

    Lucky, living over here in WA it costs $88 for delivering a mountain bike. Kills the deal, really.
    Kmart can ship it for $10, y not Big W?
