    be careful of these guys.Bought a 16 gb micro sd card for 12.50 but was charged 28.00 through PayPal,no reply to my dispute from 1 May.

      When paying with paypal you were given the option to confirm what you are paying for and how much you are paying for it. Not saying that it is your fault but you could have avoid that from happening. There could also be the case where to forgot to put in coupon code. People can't over charge you on paypal without you confirming it first.

      Also filling a paypal dispute is not the best way to get their attention. You can send their ozbargainer rep a message here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/privatemsg/msgto/52003

      They are quicker to answer you this way, and they are willing to resolve most problem.

        I admit it was my mistake in not checking how much was to be paid to PayPal,just thought it would be the same as in my shopping cart.
        My main complaint is after lodging a complaint with Shopping Express there has been no email to confirm complaint or any action whatsoever.

      Last HP G1610T with 8gb ram & 2 x 3tb hdd arrived well packed. The only disappointment was with the courier company who claimed he couldn't find my address. And so delaying the delivery for a couple of days. Well it does speak volumes of unhappiness with Fastway on productreview. When eventually speaking to Fastway customer service, i left instructions to the driver on how to get to my place and told him that he should upgrade his GPS device.

      I'll highly recommend ShoppingExpress anyday for online shoppers!

    That Evo price seems to be an excellent deal since it includes shipping. I'm upvoting for that alone. Although, I won't need a new SSD for a while so haven't been following prices as closely as I used to. Maybe it's not the best, but it's beating staticice by 10%.

      Nope, just drive in a box. If memory serves it includes a stick on bit of plastic to make it a thicker 9mm drive. This begs the question; when is that useful?

        Certain laptops that come with a bracket. There will be a gap if it's designed for 9mm. But you can still install it without the plastic. Just won't look very elegant.

      Seems there are 2 packages, notebook comes with the spacer, and desktop comes with cable and bracket.

        Once we ship out the order, we will send email notifications to associated email address with the tracking number & courier used.

        I do know sometimes our CS team will skip replying messages on shipping information because the items may have been shipped out before they got their hands on the ticket. Not sure if your case is the same, but if you can PM me your ticket id so i can have a look.
