      I bought a benchtop halogen oven from them, and I then I sent them a pic of the grill rack being broken, and when they said they couldn't replace it they gave me a refund without asking for the return which was very nice of them, you really can't ask for more than that

      Delivery (SE QLD) has always been prompt and I have had the one warranty claim with them (cheap golf club) and all they asked was for a photo of the damaged part and sent me a replacement straight away. I have never bought electronics through them.

      When I bought umbrellas, one had a very small hole in it. I contacted them, emailed a photo showing the hole and they sent a new one out promptly. So based on that one experience I was happy with their after sales service.

    I have a TEAC HDB850 settop box with USB2.0. Will this hard drive work with it? I was wondering whether to get a hard drive or flash drive to record shows

      My sister has a Teac STB, no idea of the model, we have plugged a portable USB3 drive in and it worked fine.
