Never been to any live TV recording but this sounds like this is going to be a "ratings winner" (cough cough), almost as successful as something like Slideshow (not that I watched it).

Australian Free to Air TV really sucks. It's amazing that SBS now has much better programming than 7, 9 and 10. Unfortunately, the general public still watch the garbage on those channels.
