1L Cold Coke Zero $1 @ Coles

280

Went and was ready to pay $3 for this (not $3.50 for the 600ml) and it scanned up at $1. Not as good as warm big bottles, but for cold lunch ones, not bad.
Throw in flybuys and Coke Rewards too!

I've not seen any 1L bottles, are they a limited release ?

    • They usually keep them in the fridges at the front of the store, where I've seen em.

Just checked my receipt….and yes I got that price as well (Coles Randwick 2031)

  • no, often in the bigger end-cap fridge. Been around for a while.

Yeah, the 1L bottles first came out as an exclusive option at supermarkets for their fridges. I think it was a way of differentiating between room temp 1.25L and cold 1.00L

Can't you put one of the regular ones in one of their fridges then come back later?

You should post this as a bargain. I guess it is similar to the maccas hacks lol.

    • Freezer would work better…. But even then, 1.25l in the freezer for 20mins wouldn't make it cold enough. And warm softdrink is just yuck

coke zero appears to be sold out in Blacktown..
Well.. You can put stuff in their fridges the day earlier.. I call it prepare it for the next day/time. Works if your a frequent shopper buying a drink for say lunch often.

Sort of like replacing cold drinks in your hotel room's bar with warms ones you just bought from the store. That way you get cold drinks on demand at supermarket prices.

  • Hi, Thanks for posting. Just been to Noarlunga Colonnades store - 10 in the fridge so bought 5 and left 5 for someone else to enjoy ….. at the back of the store near the deli.
