I recall that these were on sale in January this year and were very popular with Ozbargainers! I have not used these helicopters but hopefully other's have and can share their experiences.

Delivery to Brisbane is $16 and seems to be the standard rate to other Aussie postcodes!

      Looks like shipping is flat rate $16 up to 7 item, then from 8 item and above it's free shipping (free shipping if you spend $200 or more?)

    I managed to get the last deal for $20 delivered. These Choppers would be the best micro Heli's I have owned.
    Great quality and very stable. While I agree the shipping is a killer, they are still good value at $20.50 each delivered.

    I've also got from the last 20 dollars deal.

    If someone is on the market for a cheap indoor heli, I would definitively recommend this one.

    The 4xAA batteries alone is almost enough to make me buy. I have some great mini helis but they all take 8xAAs in the remote, which is really pretty ridiculous.

      They are 3 channel. I bought some of these last deal, and I think they would be one of the better 3 channel helis. They are a fun introduction but I quickly found that I'd like to upgrade to a 4 channel heli or quadcopter.

        ditto - love it but my 1st quad just arrived lol. also wanted something with gyro as these are a lil tetchy lol. least until i get more used to controlling it

          I have a v252 quadcopter on order which has gyros + accelerometers with auto leveling. The reviews say it is small and fast so it should keep me challenged for quite a while. Bonus is it should also do well outdoors in a little wind, and it has led's for night flying.

      The slightest wind and they are useless.

      Also the sun interferes with the IR control.

      You will need understanding neighbours.

        They're 2.4GHz so no IR issues to worry about.

    I had a Twister with similar specs. It cost $50 and didn't last very long. Just bought this deal, thanks OP.

    Bought from last deal not very easy to fly, not worth $20 spent.
