Can you really call this a freebie. It looks more like a disguised recall. User installed. You must have a WII and submit your console number. Its to fix the problem that these remotes can be easily damaged. Still it's clever. Take a problem, and make the solution look like a bonus. Now maybe Apple could offer free screen covers to fix the problem with some ipod screens that were subject to breakage….
