The reason it is now free, is that they are focusing on BluRay/HD material, and giving away the SD version to lure you to upgrade.

never actually used this one, i normally just crack one of the latest commercial ones as many [not all] free apps contain spy or adware, then again there are some good guys who just make stuff like Super, PS3 Media Server and Tversity just for kicks
it seems to do the trick. But i can't seem to turn off subtitles been written to the avi… anyone know how?

under output setting from subtitle dropdown go all the way to end and select disable…also make sure you are choosing wmav1 under audio and video format

I may sounded hash but IF we do allow people to post freewarez as new entry, our page can be flooded with these.
