    Hi
All Ozbargain members after 3 attempt here is the Officeworks receipt just show them and grab the Logitech iPad cover at @$9.50 from OW

I tried at Dick smith, Jbhifi And one more officeworks but they refuse but in another officeworks they match the price and beat by 5% :). initially he refuse but I told him to its officically in Australia post store and just call them and confirm if u don’t believe and I just show him Target, BigW & Australia post receipt and told him that everyone is doing price match, what’s problem with officeworks? then for the confirmation he called to Australia Post and after that he given me.

After you got cover just upload different branch officeworks receipt so after sowing 2-3 different officeworks receipts other ozbargain members get keyboard easily.

    :) :) ….

    • Well done. Someone finally cracked OW.

It's a new low! Might have to pop in to Keswick at lunch and return my $9.99 Target one.

      • There's one left at Keswick (and the box has been tampered with). Unfortunately Officeworks Keswick wouldn't pricematch Officeworks Keswick (LOL), claiming that Australia Post have sold out so they no longer have to pricematch based on it - so guess I'll have to stick to my $9.99 Target one :-(

        • Deleted.

  • Australia Post have a few of them left in SA.
    EDIT: Sold out.

  • I called up customer service Tuesday afternoon and they got the last one at Mount Eliza put aside for me. Went in yesterday afternoon and was told another 'Tom' had called, when asked claiming to be me, and had come in and picked it up already. Embarrassed and apologetic I was very sympathetic so let go of this sweet deal!

I wonder whether the fake Tom will own up? Always leave a phone number so they can check both the name and the phone number.

  • The pitt Street OW will not offer the price match. 3 ow staff members came out together to explain it to me. 1 said they don't price match on receipts and if another office works store did then it's to that managers discretion. The 2nd guy chimes in and said they don't have to price match on clearance item. Then the next 3rd guy said Australia post is also out of stock.

I replied and said, no worries, did it really need to take 3 of you to tell me that?
I will go try target later.

  • I am trying to get this, and have a relative that works at Australia post - they asked for the "catalog number" to check stocks - I checked the latest Auspost catalog, and there isn't any logitech for $9.99, but a thompson kb for $29.99 (I stuck my head in to the brisbane GPO, and they have an Olin brand ipad KB. I checked Target (as suggested) in brisbane CBD, and they don't carry any logitechs.

Can someone point to the Auspost part number? Or any joy getting one of these in the Brisbane area.

    • I asked on Twitter and they said there weren't any left at Brisbane CBD stores or any northside stores. :(

I asked at my local post office when I was in there today and they said they thought they had had some (but I think they may have been thinking about the Thompson ones).

Well, I found one last one at a Big W. No luck with the price match.

You would think that I had tried to mug the manager's grandmother. Ranting and raving about how it'll never happen and how he doesn't barter.

There's a certain store manager that needs to learn that raising his voice at customers and unnecessarily ranting over them is not acceptable.

    What an idiot.
