    I'm wondering the same. I've heard from people that some of their razor blades and electric toothbrush head replacements seem inferior in quality to the genuine product. I've never purchased anything from them so I don't have any first hand experience.

    If anyone believes they are counterfeit then they should report it to the official brand/manufacturer of the product. Selling counterfeit goods is against the law, with corporations facing fines of up to $250,000 if found guilty.

      I actually picked up one of these in-store today. They look genuine to me, couldn't tell the difference between these and the ones they sell at supermarkets or chemist warehouse for $40.

  I purchased a number of replacement heads which fell apart and a metal bit ended up in my mouth. Choking hazard for young kids, these were purchased online and turns out we're probably not genuine. I think I got them via cotd.
  No reflection on the shaver shop which I'm sure stocks genuine products.
