I disagree with you bxpressiv, I've had a faulty pair of boots in the mail, I've reported it as per the warranty flyer in the shoe box and received a response the day after, you can opt for a replacement pair to be picked up at your nearest Florsheim retail store if there is one in your city, they were really helpful and responsive with the replacement process.
I've owned a total of 7 pairs of Florsheim with 6 pairs were bought from the website.
Now-a-days the Florsheim stores also do the shoes as the online price (subject to stock availability), so if you are concern with ordering online, go to the shop to try it out.
It's probably worth noting that Florsheim are a low quality brand. Don't expect properly welted soles or a quality leather upper.
Just a warning on the company. I had defective stock and the company was not contactable by phone or email.I raised a Paypal dispute and they didn't response to it either. I received a refund in the end but for some reason customer support was non-existant.
