  • I have a westmix and it is great. Looks like a good discount.

  • Great find!

The 100L one from Masters that is $75 RRP (you can often get coupon codes for % off) is very well built if Masters is closer than bunnings for anyone.

LOL at this review on Masters site (not the OP barrow): "Barrow took around 45mins to assemble and lasted around the same amount of time. After moving ten loads of dirt the bearings in the wheel were destroyed making it impossible to move or control. The tray, legs and handles held up well but without the wheel……… I'm assuming thats why they are so cheap."

      • Dunno what that bloke did to his, ive beaten mine about for months and its still going strong.

  • I notice them sold at Masters ($149) now so they could be getting rid of them nationwide at Bunnings.

  • Its full metal

Metal tray is a disadvantage for wheelbarrows. Poly tray is far better.

    and says puncture proof.

The tray? If it's metal then they are easy to puncture if you throw rocks or bricks in there.
The tyre? I bet you it isn't puncture proof.

the details say it can be used to move gravel/sand/garden work

You're kidding right? Do you know what a wheelbarrow is?

That is not a "feature" - it's what every single wheel barrow in the entire world can do.

    • The tyre? I bet you it isn't puncture proof.

Some of them have solid tyres instead of air.

If it has an air valve then no, not puncture proof.

    • The puncture proof is for the tyre

"it's what every single wheel barrow in the entire world can do"
Trust me, I have had wheelbarrows as soon as you load them with gravel it breaks and fall apart, if you check wheelbarrow specs on each and everyone of them at various prices you will see what job they are spec'd up for. Most of the cheap ones say for garden use and not suitable to move bricks or gravel…

    • llama poly tubs aren't great for hard work.
I bought a new poly tub barrow since I recently moved 30+ tonnes of fill to back fill a retaining wall to make my front yard flat and about half way through, the top of the poly tub cracked right along where the dirt pours out when you tip the barrow.

If you do little gardening then great but I'm hesitant to recommend them as if you were carrying rocks or gravel, they wouldn't last long at all.
